Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on eligible returns approved through our return process.

Items returned without authorization may not qualify for free return shipping.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount before the refund is processed. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and restocking costs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Personalized or custom-made products
Gift cards
Opened or used temporary tattoos
Opened party supplies or decoration items
Opened Stadium Kits, Fan Kits, or bundled products with missing components
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or are missing original tags

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable restocking fee.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
